Most listings are intended for long-term rent, typically one year or more, furnished or unfurnished according to the tenant's preference.

Who we arrange rentals for

A large share of our tenants are executives of multinational companies, diplomats and international families relocating to Prague for several years. For them we handle not only the choice of apartment but also the practicalities — commuting distance to international schools, parking, whether pets are accepted, or the ability to move in on a given date. We run the entire process in Czech, English, German and French.

Where in Prague we rent

We have the most listings in Vinohrady, Karlín, Smíchov and Holešovice — where the combination of amenities, transport links and quality housing stock is strongest. How renting works

After an initial consultation we prepare a selection matching your criteria — layout, location, budget and move-in date — and organise viewings in a single block, either in person or online. For the property you choose we arrange the lease, a handover protocol with photographic documentation of its condition, meter readings and the handover of keys.

For owners, beyond the brokerage itself we also offer ongoing property management — from selecting and vetting the tenant through rent collection and repairs to regular inspections of the property.
