Every listing is hand-picked and assessed on the architecture of the building, the quality of the layout, orientation, outlook, the condition of the common areas and the investment potential of the location. A property that does not meet these criteria does not enter our portfolio — even at the cost of fewer listings.

How a sale works

We begin with an informal consultation and a market valuation based on real comparable transactions, not advertised asking prices. Preparation of the property follows — home staging, professional photography, video and a Matterport tour — and only then do we bring it to market. In sensitive cases we opt for a discreet sale entirely off the public portals, approaching specific vetted buyers from our database.

We run the whole process through to signature and handover: buyer vetting, reservation and purchase contracts, escrow with a lawyer or notary, the application to the Land Registry, handover of the property and transfer of utilities. Throughout, the owner deals with one person who is accountable for the result.
