Stanislas is a boutique real estate agency founded in 2024 with the goal of bringing a higher standard of service to the Czech market. We are not the biggest — nor do we want to be. We are the most discreet.
We specialise in the premium segment of residential sales and rentals in Prague and the surrounding municipalities. Our portfolio includes historic apartments in the city centre, functionalist villas, modern development projects and purely investment opportunities.
Each of our agents is responsible for their own portfolio of clients. We don't do cold calling or "push". We build long-term relationships.

All our sales are handled confidentially. We protect your data as well as the details of your property. Off-market offers are shared only with vetted clients.
Curated selection
We don't list every property. We take into our portfolio only those we can promote with a sense of personal responsibility for their quality.
Advice, not sales
Our agents are advisors, not salespeople. If we don't have a suitable offer for you, we'll tell you. If an investment isn't right, we'll talk you out of it.
